Adjunct Faculty: Physics
The Engineering and Physical Sciences department offers courses that support programs in Engineering and Physics. These courses/programs prepare students for various careers and prepare students for further study at four-year institutions in various Science-related fields. This search is specifically looking for adjuncts to support our students enrolled in physics courses.
Courses offered in physics include:
- PHY 201 General Physics I/Lab
- PHY 202 General Physics II/Lab
- PHY 251 Physics I/Lab
- PHY 252 Physics II/Lab
In your application materials, please include which classes you have the qualifications to and experience to teach as well as your day/time and campus availability. There is an anticipated opening for a PHY 201 class that meets M (11:30-2:15) and W (11:30-2), and an evening PHY 252 class.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or higher in physics.
- Experience teaching physics at the college level.
Additional Information:
Salary: $1,512.00 per credit hour.
